Interview
Met with the manager of the department and she took me to her office, where she sat with me and asked questions. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was not nervous at all. Also, I have met other employees, which I was introduced to before the interview.

What are your career goals? Describe your personal style? How do you help customers? What has been your biggest challenge in retail and how have you overcome it? How do you build clientele?
A few questions with someone then you’ll meet with a manager in a department they think you would good for. The department manager had me pick out an outfit for a pretend customer and describe why I picked certain items

Normal behavioral questions and questions related to retail experience/interest in fashion. Nice interviewer was low pressure experience. Interviewed by department manager. Heard back day of interview and started training very soon after.
