Online application, then I completed a video interview, but I'm honestly not sure if it was for the location that I ended up interviewing at. The video interview was miserable, and I definitely didn't do all that well but I was still invited to an interview at one of the locations. There were a few of us, and they asked up to show up early but then the store didn't even open until 10 which was a bummer, and I was super stressed. They led us as a group into the offices, and then did a short little intro and then set us up with one individual manager. I really liked mine, and she gave the standard interview. Lots of questions about commission, it was really similar to a sales interview honestly. I didn't have a ton of experience but that didn't seem to be held against me. They gave a really through rundown of the program which was awesome! Then we went down to the managers department and she had me pretend to sell her an item. I kind of bombed that part of the interview, but I still got an offer.
