Nordstrom Rack Rotating Sales interview questions

Asked normal questions: How how you dealt with diversity in the workplace? Have you ever encountered a difficult situation with a customer, and how did you handle it? Why do you want to work with Nordstrom? The interview was over phone, however the position I applied for was a full-time position and at the end of the phone interview, the woman asked me if I wanted to come in and discuss the specifics of the position and mentioned that it was only going to be 10-15 hours a week in the beginning. At that point I told her I needed something with more hours and basically declined the second interview.
