It was a young girl who asked a few questions. It was more her just explaining the position. It was about 20 minutes long. It was for a seasonal position so I think they were ready to hire anyone.
It was an equal amount of personality, “what would you do” and “have you ever encountered” situational questions and availability. Some questions about what I would recommend someone for a specific event or outing.

Quick and easy. They do a nice interview just to get to know you. Be comfortable and honest. It's ok if you don't have past sales experience, just be honest. You will do great!
