Interview
Norfolk Southern flew me out to Norfolk, VA in February on a Monday. Had the interview the next day which lasted about two hours. They first gave an overview of the company, explaining the company core values and different benefits. After the presentation, I took an assessment and then interviewed. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. After it was over, I left and had to catch a plane back home.
I applied, got flown out to Atlanta for an interview with a panel. I got an offer 2 days later to start within the next month after completing my degree.

Interview
It was a nice experience and the team in Atlanta was very personable. I think they would be awesome to work with long-term. They treated me with lots of respect.

Interview process was excellent. Three rounds with different groups from the company, very relaxed environment. People were great, questions were standard. They also brought a person from the field who was in the position they were interviewing us for, and we were able to talk to him and ask questions
