Submitted resume and cover letter in February. About 2 weeks later received an email for an online assessment, which consisted of reading/math questions, similar to the SAT. Another 2 weeks later I receive an an email asking me to fly to Atlanta for an in-person interview. About 1 week after the in-person interview I received an offer.

I had 1 Interview for the role with the Director of Talent Acquisition & the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager. The process was very straightforward with typical questions that anyone can shine.

They sat me down in a university convention center. They described the job and they were very polite with their question asking. They were also straightforward about hiring in search of full time candidates.

Interview
Classic behavioral questions and nothing too technical. One on one interview with hiring manager was fairly easy as well. Interview process for interns is easier than what I expected, nothing meant to stump or trick candidates.
