Applicants completed an interview by recording answers on a website. There was no other person to talk to so it was a bit odd but the questions weren’t unreasonable. You had multiple attempts for the questions and a solid amount of time to answer, usually about 1-2 minutes per question.

Simple application. You then move to a 8 question hirevue interview. Question vary from personal experience to job experience to random skill tests. Overall not too bad and you can complete on your own time
