After a brief phone interview where they only asked if I was committed to the schedule and I knew what I was getting into I was flown to Atlanta for the "second" and "third" interview which took most of a day

I applied, got flown out to Atlanta for an interview with a panel. I got an offer 2 days later to start within the next month after completing my degree.

Interview process was excellent. Three rounds with different groups from the company, very relaxed environment. People were great, questions were standard. They also brought a person from the field who was in the position they were interviewing us for, and we were able to talk to him and ask questions
