Norfolk Southern Train Dispatcher interview questions

Very blunt straight to thr point. There were about 40 people. The process went by rather quickly. We did a job briefing and then interviewed with 3 people. There were no tests involved.

There's a panel of three in a room that will interview you. The questions are very simple. Not something to really evaluate, but take into consideration that this is your interview. I was seated no more than 5 minutes. They're very direct. Be honest and direct as well.
