I was contacted via email for a first round 30 minute phone interview, which went well. I had to complete a personality test before my second interview was scheduled. There were some issues with scheduling the second interview because some key players were going to be out of the office and I was told as soon as they got back, they would reach out to me about the next steps. They never followed up with me, effectively ghosting me during this process.
