Went through 4 interviews just to be told they hired internally and I had to badger them to give me a response. Not considerate of the time others which speaks volumes for the company. Don't waste your time interviewing with them.

There were 3 rounds, after clearing them all I was told they'll release an offer in 2 days and asked my documents(6 months salary slips, income tax forms, bank statements, id' etc) and asked me to join ASAP, hence I resigned from my current job with early release(my PL's were deducted for early release), Norstella's HR are worst I have seen in my life, they started ghosting me after I resigned, they told they'll be releasing offer next week now, but nothing happened. DON'T TRUST THEM. Only apply when you have plenty of other backup offer letters. Luckily I got one.
