The interview process is very well organized and you really feel that this company cares about candidates. All people, including recruiting office manager, all interviewers are super-nice. Pay attention, that this is a consulting company, so you may have an additional round of the interview if you will be considered for several different customers. It sounds quite reasonable because it's really important for a candidate to meet his future colleagues and makes sense for the team to learn more about a new hire. After a couple of the phone calls with HR and the technical person, I was invited to their really nice office in Kirkland downtown for onsite interview. We were talking about some behavioral questions as well as a little technical. Do you know what was really cool? Some interviewers even provided me with the immediate feedback right after the interview! It is so different compared to other companies where you have no idea if you did well in the interview. I wish all other companies could adopt this practice. After that, it was another interview with project leadership team with a focus on behavioral questions and we were done. I really love the interview experience at Nortal!
