Approx 30-min discussions with engineering manager to detail work experience vs resume verbiage. HR discussion entailed info concerning area/opportunities/benefits. Overall panel discussion with current staff members with opportunities to discuss any questions.

(I had my interviews mixed between tech (summer job offer (I Declined) and Eng interview (I accepted)) apply, HR call, email twice about details, HR call, teams with supervisor IE, (waited to graduate - 3 months), HR called about the new Supervisor IE (Kenneth), I asked for a tour of location, teams call with Kenneth, tour with local IE (who was unaware I was hired), I sent 5+ Emails with HR on details on how paperwork was to be done. (This is my first time with healthcare and relocation fund. )

About my interpersonal skills, They asked about my willingness to be on the floor vs desk. I had worked for MTMUS (a customer of NAL) so I was familiar with some of the style.
