I was interviewed by a 3 member panel. It was a lengthily interview and cover many aspects of production, Kaisen and Just in time systems. We cover everything from production, quality and human resources.

How would you handle a member of your team that feels that he/she should've being chosen for your position?
Ok I guess not much to describe other than it was normal so I wouldn't be afraid if you get a interview or anything like that because it's nothing to be afraid of just a normal interview

Interview
The interview was in a room a lone with the GF and one other Supervisor then they ask 10 or more questions. After it is all said done and over with then they explain the job to you little bit then say if you get the job offer then we will explain more.
