Easy, bring in a resume and speak with a manager about past experiences in the restaurant industry, and how that experience will help you in a new position. Many times the managers will hire on the spot, and allow you to start work and training that week, or the next week.

Indeed listing said they had an open walk up interviews , showed up and was brushed off by hostess then eventually told to sit and wait, nobody ever came to talk to me. After asking hostess stand a few times, eventually left 1.5 hours later.

Interview

I was greeted with great enthusiasm and joy from not only the managers, but staff that was currently working. Several offered me a drink of my choice (NA of course). The managers asked very thoughtful questions and were a pleasure to speak with.
