Entire process was done via electronic / phone methods. Very organized and professional. HR department called for initial screening. Basic competency questions were asked in order to proceed to next interview. Second interview was a conference call with two individuals who are in supervisory and managerial roles. The questions were a bit more specific this time and the process again seemed very organized, professional, and productive. First HR contact after application was a bit delayed due to the understandably turbulent events of Covid. After that, the follow up interview as timely. All subsequent emails regarding next steps were timely and easy to follow. Overall very positive experience.
