I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NorthPoint Solutions in Jun 2010

Interview

Online test, then 2 (back to back) days of 1 hour in person technical interviews. Online test covered numerous advanced concepts. In person interview was thorough. Interviewed by a new hirer, and then a more senior person. This all could have been done in the same day, but the company made it take two days, which of course is less convenient to the interviewee.
