Applied, Received a call, 2 weeks later Phone interview Spoke for about an hour Said they would put my resume in front of the hiring manager and let me know Look no one expects to get every job they interview for; my review is more about their lack of follow up either way which at a managerial level, is just unprofessional. They can do better.
