Well prepared and serious approach a committee is formed. Examples and clear concise approach is better. Despite all tgeir serious preparation tgey hire people who are very much like themselves or people who they think will not pose a challange not the best candidate. If you want to work there make good friends with the people working there. Dont be a high flyer.

They asked to prepare a powerpoint on a topic before the onterview.. Later during the interview after i made the presentation they asked what was your approach to prepare the ppt.
