Team reached out in a timely manner to conduct first and final interview. Questions were straight forward and easy to answer. After that it was radio silence for six weeks which is unprofessional especially after having met the majority of the team and the point of contact saying that they were going to start sending offers in mid-March. I recommend potentially interviewing less candidates so not to overwhelm the hiring process.
