Applied online. Had zoom interview. In the interview I was right away told that they have to employ internal candidate so I was really wasting my time. Few weeks later rolę was readvertised at more junior level so I guess that internal candidate was more junior. Waste of time. If they chose a candidate they could really respect the applicants and not waste their time.
