There were only 1 step of interview. It was fairly easy. The people interviewed me were really nice and friendly. The questions were pretty straight forward. There were 3 people that interviewed me (2 team leaders and 1 manager). Then the head of alternative investment came in a little bit and just ask about why i want to work there.
