1- group discussion and writing skills
2- aptitude test
3- HR interview
4- operation round (all academics and theoritical questions)
5- manager interview (checks knowledge of candidate, rate him if he can cope up with the working enviornment. basically sees if the candidate can work or not.)
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
