I applied online. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Pune) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interview was for financial analyst at Pune Oct ,2018 for fresher n experienced .there was 3round apti,gd,hr.they took only GD n in that they took 20ppl at a time &asked for self introduction n work experience(which is actually hr round but they mentioned it as GD ),those who said experience in fund accounting& mentioned very less expected ctc they selected those candidates though their communication was not up to the mark.they called us at8.30am and we waited till 3pm for first round that was so called GD as our work experience was not in fund accounting n our expected salary was more than 20k we got disqualified,I mentioned only 22k as my previous org was paying the same.the most pathetic process I ever faced .no coordination ,no professionalism.this was not expected from NT

Interview process was quite lengthy from online assessment till HR round and HR made it comfortable.
