Interview
There were three levels of interview and it was in person. I was interviewed by a vice president, COO and CEO of the company. Interviewers mostly asked behavioural questions and gave multiple scenarios to understand thinking capabilities. Strong knowledge of finance industry was key to the interview. The interview lasted for couple of hours.
Easy casual interview. Welcoming over zoom and took about two months from interview date to start date. They preform a background check which can take up to a few weeks to check all your references.
