Interview
There are 3 stages of the interview:
1) Screening round - Where you need to describe yourself. Its just to check your fluency in English.
2) HR round - I believe this was just to shortlist the candidates. Finance related questions were asked.
3) Managerial round - This is the toughest round. Where the manager is going to grill you and check your confidence, knowledge and application.
* Good knowledge on derivatives, trade life cycle, corporate actions and NAV calculation is recommended.

Easy question. Not tough it's was about 25mins...took about 20 days for 1st to final stage...after that no response...even if we get rejected company send atleast a mail of rejection

Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.
