Very thorough process. You will have individual conversations, panels, more individual conversations, potentially cases to solve. They keep things moving until the end. Problem being, if you’re not successful, you get no update. Your candidate file will simply say ‘not selected’, and you have to think to log in to even get that info. After spending a significant amount of time in the process, sharing my own intellectual property through a battery of interviews, no formal decline call/email is simply unacceptable.
