There were 4 rounds of interview -
1. Online Assessment - On topics such as logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude
2. On Demand Video Interview - Although it's optional, I highly recommend you not to skip
3. Telephonic interview with the HR - Few questions on finance and whether or not you are flexible with night shifts and overtime (when required)
3. Online video interview with the managers - They'll ask questions pertaining to mostly -
A ) Finance (Derivatives, Money and capital market, Financial instrument, etc.)
B ) Team work (How would you handle a team conflict, etc.)
C ) About the company (Who is the Founder, CEO or Chairman, Why do you want to work
here, What is that one thing you like most about NT, etc.)

What separates NT from other financial institutions ?
Easy question. Not tough it's was about 25mins...took about 20 days for 1st to final stage...after that no response...even if we get rejected company send atleast a mail of rejection

Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.
