I applied online. Then next day received email to complete an assessment, which i cleared. Received a call for HR interview and the HR asked about my experience which didn't match with mine. I was overqualified for analyst role. Nobody applies blindly, because someone is interested they apply. You can't always give reasons of being overqualified. I feel i should have at least got a fair chance to participate in the further rounds. Moreover no feedback after they told me they will keep me posted inquiring their senior HRs. Very unprofessional.
Easy question. Not tough it's was about 25mins...took about 20 days for 1st to final stage...after that no response...even if we get rejected company send atleast a mail of rejection

Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.
