Interview
It contained several rounds of interviews. Many questions were technical but they check overall fit. Passions, interests were discussed at length. My experience with the markets was also a great help in cracking the interview. They look for people with passion and clarity. Certificates like CFA is a big plus. Overall, a smooth experience.
