This was for a role in Asia-Pacific. The process starts with the internal recruiter in Australia calling to let you know that you've been selected for the interview. Another team in the Philippines then arranges a time for the interview. The first-round interview was with the hiring manager in Australia. The Philippines team then informed me that they would provide feedback once the first-round interviews were over. It was radio silence from the company from then on. No one informed me to let me know that I would not be progressing further; not the Philippines team, not the internal recruiter, not even an automated email.
