The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Northern Trust in Jul 2010
Interview
Terrible experience. Hiring manager acted like a used car salesman, using profanity and making extremely offensive jokes right off the bat. Not one person that I interviewed with could give me a description of the job. Questions asked were completely unprofessional. Ended up telling the recruiter that I was no longer interested in the position at the conclusion of the interviews. This may have been an isolated incident but it was definitely enough to make me know there was no way I would ever want to work for this organization.
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation, personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.
