Applied online for the Account Manager GFO role and was contacted the same day by a NT front line recruiter.
After a 30 minute phone screen the front line recruiter passed my resume/application to another person in HR. I was contacted by another HR member to set up 2 Zoom panel interviews. I provided my availability within the date range they provided and several days later received an invitation for a tentative interview that was not within the date/time range I was originally provided, it was a week later. The invitation also made it clear that the time was tentative pending the availability of the requisite interviewers. A week passed and I finally received confirmation 2 days before the interview that it was going to occur.
2 panel interviews with two groups of managers, both lasting 30 minutes each. Interviewer etiquette was poor. First panel group had an interviewer with terrible body language (looked uninterested, head supported by hands, turned camera on/off, clearly checking emails) Questions were generic and focused on work history and what you brought to the firm.
Second panel was more pointed. One interviewer seemed agitated and frequently talked over the other. Questions focused on describing how your experience applied to the role and required providing specific examples of situations or accomplishments. Was informed that the group had only hired 5 or 6 candidates for the role since June.
The entire process took over a month. Several weeks to schedule an interview and 2 weeks from the time of panel interviews to receive a rejection.
Terribly pompous attitudes and disrespectful to candidates.
