Basic competency interview for the first interview: strengths, weaknesses, knowledge of the company/ role, with some competency tests.
The second interview was more role specific, involving a presentation and a discussion of the role. This focused on areas where I would be good in the role and areas of difficulty, and what I would do in X situation.

You are outside a room with two bulbs inside it and a button next to you. You know the button turns on one of the bulbs but it will only turn on when you are pressing the button. How will you find out which bulb the button turns on?
