Series of calls and then multiple on site visits. Fairly lengthy process concerned more on fit than aptitude. Lengthy discussions around my background and previous work experience. First step was an into call with Human resources department. Next step was phone interview with hiring manager then one in person interview with various members of the team. Then two more interviews with the rest of the team and again with hiring manager.
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.

There were only 2 interviews a Hr interview and hiring manager interview. I was scheduled for the manager interview then got a feedback after 3 days. Then i was emailed for the onboarding documents one i accepted the job offer
