Interview
Made it to the final round but couldn’t close, found that I had not done enough research or prepared to tackle exactly why I’m right for the role. I would advise people in the future to come ready with knowledge of the market and how they can rock this role.
The interview consisted of 4 rounds within two months. All virtual and with different members of the team. It’s a long process so make sure to be in touch with your recruiter.
nice people, getting to know the role, the people, their backgrounds, and they ask fit questions. Very comfortable and relaxed. the HR team was slow to get me updates - faster would have been much better
