I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Northern Trust (Limerick, Limerick) in Mar 2024
Interview
My interview was on Teams, link provided by recruiter, multiple days and time slots to choose from. It was on time with two interviewers, took approx 25min. Questions asked based on work experience, examples asked for problem solving - strengths and weaknesses - work achievements - time management - stress and tight schedules.
I wasn’t asked any questions about company per se, but I’ve checked their website and memorised few things about them, and mentioned them during my interview.
It took months after the application to hear back about the interview and then after the interview it took 7 weeks to be given a rejection, I found it extremely disrespectful and found it a complete waste of time. They don't care at all about your time.
