Two interviews, the overall process took about two weeks. They overpromised during the interview process. Did not want to negotiate salary. Speaking to employees, they did not seem surprised at the low offer.

The interview process consisted of receiving a case study two hours before the interview, assessing the situation and presenting your findings to the interviewers to discuss. Once completed, there was a general chat about prior experience, what I can bring to the position etc. A second interview was then conducted with the senior director
