I applied through their website. A day after I received an invite through SMS for an initial interview. The initial interview is REALY easy. During that time, I believe they hired a third party HR associate so the questions were really simple and straightforward. It lasted for 5 minutes. Afterwhich, 3 to 4 applicants were asked to go a room where each were given a pen and paper and asked to make an essay. The HR associate gave 5 topics and you will have to choose one and write 2-3 paragraphs about it. You will have to pass the paper to the HR associate and you will have to discuss what you've written in front. This part I pretty simple too. Think of it as one of your reporting days ij college. If you pass this group discussion, you will be asked to take the online exam, one cognitive and another one, super basic excel exam. Both exams are easy. For the excel exam, just review the basics (how to print preview etc, practice without doing the keyboard shortcuts). They will then tell you that they will review your scores in all the exams you've taken, and once you qualify they will give you a call for the panel interview. The panel interview, which I also the final interview, is one of the easiest final interviews you will ever encounter in your corporate life. Mine lasted for about 10 minutes (I though i'd be dead because most of my HR friends told me that the longer the interview, the higher your chance of getting the job, but in NT, it's the other way around). The questions were straightforward. If you're applying for an analyst position, they will ask you some basic finance terms like what is a bond? Stock? How do you get paid in a bond/stock? Etc. They also have some basic interview questions like where do you see yourself in 5 years? Strengths? Weaknesses? Etc.
