I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northern Trust
Interview
The interviewer was very direct, nonempathic, and uncomfortable to be with while being interviewed. Never in my life have I had an interviewer ask me if the compensation rate I had written down was because I didn't know or just case. Or tell me why I had a gap in my employment history. As a company you should be asking me about my pervious job roles and about your company in depth. Please do better in asking questions that are relevant to the open position candidates are applying for, make them feel welcome and be empathic towards others regardless.
