Interview process was pleasant. Met with a hiring manager, her director and some role peers. All were causal but focused and professional. The process took 2 weeks for my interviews, and then several weeks to wait for the decision.

The questions were not complicated, as the role was straight forward. How do you demonstrate behavior aligned with the departments goals?
Concise and to the point. Also very relaxed and was made feel like a comfortable chat. Questions about my career were asked, and a short description of the role and team was given. Team was quite challenging but awesome experience to have and provided great growth opportunity, personal growth. Sadly no promotions in sight
two rounds technical and one HR round. HR round with India HR and technical round with onshore teams. it was a one month long process from first interview to offer.
