Interview
Had my resume taken over by a board member. Was then called my the bank president to set an interview. That went well and interview was set for another hiring manager. That went even better and was told that HR would be calling me to follow up. Hr called two days later, filled out pre hire paperwork. Hr called me and thought it was just window dressing . For some reason lad person did not want me to have the job I feel. Was told I would be called in a week and no call. Two and half weeks later I followed and was told it was not going to happen. After my first two interviews with hiring managers thought job was mine. I have 29 years experience in financial industry with a clean record. Biggest disappointment of my life.
It was..relaxing, like having a conversation with the person. I had to change locations to meet the individual because of their schedule... but they were friendly. Asked about you and your experiences, your values.
