2 weeks waited for hr to reach out. 1 week for hr and panel interview. Teams meeting only. Interview lasts for 30 minutes. HR doesn’t want to answer some of my questions. She keeps on saying that details will be discussed once there’s a contract already. Kind of shady for me.

Initial interview is with HR. Most of the questions is about you as an employee and as an individual. Final interview is with managers of the department that you will be joining if you make it. It's a panel interview. Here, you will be asked questions about your previous job, your skills and your ability to handle real work scenarios.
