I interviewed with two managers and they both made the interview extremely comfortable. However, I felt they were not really prepared with questions to ask which made the interview run shorter than anticipated.

I sent in a cold application through their online portal which didn't seem to go anywhere, but after their came to campus I got my resume in front of a recruiter and was placed in a different pool of candidates. The interview was conducted on campus and was purely behavioral—almost none of it relevant to the position, just looking for fit.
