I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Very simple and easy. Interviewer was very polite. Asked mostly behavioral questions with time at the end for questions about them/the company. Doesn't seem like there was a wrong answer to any of the questions as long as you did a good job of explaining what you did, why you did them, and what you learned from it.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Falls Church, VA)
Interview
Friendly and thoughtful. Nothing difficult, really just prepare to talk about your resume and discuss the role. Would say they are looking to mostly bring the resume to life, not test/trip you up.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Cheltenham, England)
Interview
Behavioural task, then a simple technical task, and then finally an online behavioural / partially technical interview. It wasn’t too bad, it was definitely more relaxed than other applications, and was medium difficulty.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process was very smooth overall, not very technical, and more focused on explaining your experiences, which are on your resume. There were no specific technical "problems" like on a test.
