Received a phone interview with two software engineers. About two weeks later I got a call saying I would be receiving an offer but did not actually formally get the offer until almost a month later.

They asked questions about my resume, school and personal projects, project experiences, what languages I knew but no coding questions

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever

Was asked if I was comfortable working in defense.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.
