Applied through a UNC Charlotte Career Fair. Had a brief initial on-campus screening with two staff members, than a five- or six-person panel interview a couple weeks later, followed by an offer about two weeks after that. I don't recall any of the specific questions, but they were all background and behavioral, STAR-type questions — nothing particularly technical.
