There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Mar 2019
Interview
The first interview was over the phone with the engineering manager. I was asked about my past internship experience, projects, and teams I was a part of in school and other skills I had listed on my resume. We talked about the duties and responsibilities of the position as well as the summer commitment. A couple weeks later I got a second in-person interview with the manager and one of the engineers. This one was less technical and more of a meet and greet and tour of the facility.

Question 1
Tell me about your past internship and projects at school.
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
