My experience was actually really good. Mostly because it could have turned into a very difficult situation. I missed the plane, NG was completely understanding and got me a new ticket with not questions. Got stuck in a traffic jam getting to the interview. I eventually got to the interview by 7pm. The manager was still there happily waiting and took me to an office. Others called in and participated. The overall interview after I finally got there was very calm and laid back. It was more a mutual interest between my skills and capability and the interesting work they do in the company. They completely took care of me and kept it low key. Very positive experience.
