The interview process was much more relaxed and conversational than my interviews at other companies. It seems like they simply care to have someone who has shown competency but also fits into the culture of the company, being someone who can both get the work done but also work well within a team.
Very straightforward interview. Heavy on resume-based questions and a good amount of behavioral questions as well. About a 30 minute interview with a panel of three. Less technical than other defense companies

It was a super simple interview. The representative I spoke to was very friendly and it was not stressful at all. It was more just a casual conversation back and forth. It started by just discussing my resume and then different situations I have been in and projects I have worked on. It was not technical at all.
